  • Step 2: If you chose the “Pay Later” option, submit your $500 deposit in your online portal!  If you already paid, you are all set!
  • Step 3: Submit your Academic Form located in your online portal.  You will not be placed in classes until you complete this form.  Final class placement notifications will be sent after you are accepted.
  • Step 4: Request an official transcript from your school to be sent to Oglethorpe University.  You will not be accepted until we receive your transcript.  After you request the transcript from your school, please submit the Transcript Form located in your online portal.
Option 1: If your university uses an electronic transcript delivery service and you have the option to select a university recipient, select Oglethorpe University
**Option 2: If your university has a different transcript request process, please send an official copy via email to admission@oglethorpe.edu

**Option 3: If you cannot send an electronic copy, please have a paper copy mailed to this address:
