9:00am-12:00pm Service Project

  • Service learning is not just a core component of the curriculum, but core to the purpose and foundation of LeadAbroad. We have a fundamental belief that there is no better way to connect with locals than through service. In addition, service does powerful things for groups. We say that there are only three ways that deep, authentic relationships can form – 1. Shared experiences, 2. Serving together and 3. The invitation/opportunity to be vulnerable. It is through service that each individual becomes an equal on the program; just people with hands to help.
