So what’s next?
The next step is to complete Payment #1 for $500 which consists of a $100 application fee and $400 program fee deposit. You can pay online via our online checkout or you may mail a check to this address below.

Step 3 is to request an official transcript from your home university. There are three ways to send this transcript:
- Send an official transcript via your university’s transcript request process. If your university uses an electronic transcript service and you have the option to select a university recipient, select ‘Oglethorpe University.’
- If your university has a different transcript request process, please send an official version to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you cannot send an electronic version, please mail a paper copy to this address:

Once you have completed all three steps, you are all set! We accept applications every 2-4 weeks starting in October. Keep an eye on your email to find out when you are accepted for the summer of a lifetime!
